OK… so I am now 33… no wonder this pregnancy makes me tired practically ALL THE TIME!!! Birthday celebration was OK. Well… better than previous years. This time around, we had lunch at my in-laws’ place. MIL or maybe her maid… I don’t know… cooked several dishes… fried chicken… beef curry… gado-gado… then, we bought some nasi briyani. Appetite was quite okay… had some tiramisu cake which of course, Aiman had the honour of blowing the candles. And after cake, was homemade ais kacang which I poured loads and loads of milk on mine…. yummy!!! Then we went home and napped till 6!!! Dinner was Seoul Bulgogi… we’ve never been there but I’ve read loads of great reviews on it and I just HAVE TO go try it myself! That was the first time in months that I ever felt full. IT WAS GREAT. REAL GREAT FOOD. I really filled myself with barbequed lamb and beef… crabs… prawns… squids… you name it, I had it!! Highly recommended… I am sure I’ll be there again before I deliver… anyone care to join?

Had my checkup at my gynae’s office last Saturday and wooo hoooo!!! I did not gain a single KG since my last checkup three weeks ago. EXCELLENT. Just EXCELLENT. That’s a good start… at least we know even if I gained 2 kgs each month for the next six month, I won’t be in much trouble as what I went through after delivering Aiman!!!

Dr Idris decided to give me another scan due to my previous history. Twas great… Angel #3 was moving a whole lot. We got to see her (’her’… no harm dreaming, rite!) feet, hands etc. Aiman was so excited. He has finally decided he wants a sibling. Before this all he wanted was his foster brother, Syed Arif!!According to the scan… Angel #3’s growth is exactly as what she is, i.e. 11wks 2days. So we know… she is growing even though Mummy’s weight is still the same!!!

Flashback to Angel #1 which turned out to be Aiman… I gained… a whopping 20KGS… which is not that surprising considering at that time breakfast was nasi lemak or mcdonald’s BIG BREAKFAST, followed by lunch of McDonald’s, KFC and the such. We even had heavy dinner coz I didn’t cook much during that pregnancy. And it took me a total 2+ years to get back to my old clothes… Hard work… Lesson learnt!

Angel #2… we didn’t go far. Seven weeks and off I go to the operating theatre due to ectopic pregnancy, burst cyst at ovary and almost bursting appendix!!! So I didn’t gain much there… more of losing.

Angel #3… let’s hope I don’t exceed 12kgs, shall we… Shall be getting into Second Trimester soon… can at least breathe a bit after this. And hopefully less sleep!
